TASTING NOTES

NOSE / Bold sweetness of cherry, banana pudding, vanilla wafers, and meringue is contrasted by fresh wood and tobacco.

PALATE / A rich mouthfeel that continues the sweetness from the nose with notes of pear, raisin, and sugar which are mellowed with baking spice, herbal teas, cigar box, and seasoned oak.

FINISH / Orange citrus and white pepper remain constant, while fresh wood develops into old oak as the pour sits.
